1.How do I sign up for electronic delivery of HP Information?

  • If you reside in the United States or Canada, call toll-free at 1-888-625-2588,, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (U.S. Eastern Time).
  • If you reside outside of the United States or Canada, call collect at 01-718-361-4124, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (U.S. Eastern Time).

2.What type of documents will I receive electronically?
You will receive electronically future information from HP, including proxy materials and annual reports ("HP Information"). You will be notified by e-mail when these communications become available on the Internet. Printed copies of these communications may still be requested directly from HP.

3.May I sign up for electronic delivery of materials even if I do not participate in the voluntary sale and repurchase program?
Yes. If you choose not to participate in the voluntary sale and repurchase program, you may still elect to receive materials electronically. Alternatively, if you choose to purchase additional shares under the voluntary sale and repurchase program, you also may elect to receive materials electronically. However, please note that, if you choose to sell all of your HP shares under the voluntary sale and repurchase program, you will no longer be an investor in HP and will not receive future HP Information.

4.If I send back the Acceptance Form to participate in the sale and repurchase program, will I automatically be enrolled in the electronic delivery program?
No. If you desire to enroll in electronic delivery, you must call D.F. King or visit http://h30261.www3.hp.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=71087&p=irol-proxy and follow the instructions provided.

5.What if my e-mail address changes after I sign up for electronic delivery, or I want to cancel electronic delivery?
