The Dividend Reinvestment Plan offers HP stockholders the opportunity to use quarterly dividends or additional cash payments to automatically purchase additional shares of HP Common Stock. Any stockholder with ten or more shares of HP Common Stock is eligible to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment/Stock Purchase Plan.
